Our Core Services

Ketamine Assisted Therapy

Ketamine-assisted therapy is a treatment approach that combines the use of ketamine—a powerful anesthetic and rapidly acting antidepressant—with therapeutic sessions to address mental health conditions, particularly severe depression, anxiety, and PTSD. During a session, a patient receives a controlled dose of ketamine, which is prescribed by a licensed medical doctor. The substance induces a dissociative state that can help patients gain new perspectives on their issues and facilitate emotional breakthroughs.

In this altered state, patients often experience enhanced insight, reduced emotional pain, and a temporary shift in thought patterns, allowing for more effective therapeutic work. Sessions are typically conducted under the guidance of a trained therapist who helps integrate the experiences and insights gained during the ketamine session into the ongoing therapeutic process. This innovative approach aims to provide rapid relief from symptoms and promote lasting mental health improvements by enhancing neuroplasticity and resetting brain chemistry.

Psychodynamic Oriented Therapy

Psychodynamic-oriented psychotherapy is a deeply rich therapeutic approach that explores the influence of unconscious processes and early life experiences on current behavior, emotions, and relationships, otherwise known as our biases. This therapy focuses on uncovering and understanding underlying psychological conflicts and unresolved issues that shape an individual’s thoughts and behaviors. During sessions, the therapist and client work collaboratively to bring these unconscious patterns to light. By gaining insight into these deep-seated emotional conflicts and internalized patterns, clients can achieve greater self-awareness and personal growth. This approach aims to resolve inner conflicts, improve emotional regulation, and foster healthier interpersonal relationships, ultimately leading to lasting psychological change and well-being.

This approach is used for long-term therapy and can be effective for many people who may have problems with their interpersonal relationships.
