Emily Coderre

With a passion for building healthy communities, Emily has been teaching group fitness since 2017.

In 2024, Emily completed her mat pilates teaching training hours through Polestar, and completed her reformer teacher training through Balanced Body in 2024. She has practiced pilates since 2018, when she took her first pilates class while earning her MPH in Community Health Education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Emily is excited to share her love of pilates with others and help support clients of all ages achieve their personal wellness goals. As a pilates instructor, Emily genuinely wants all of her students to feel welcome and leave class feeling like they had a positive movement experience.
