Madison Palffy
Madison Palffy is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor, dancer, and movement educator with a MFA in Dance and Choreography from the University of Colorado Boulder, with a focus in Somatics and Improvisation.
Madison is a certified Pilates instructor, movement educator, and interdisciplinary dance artist with a deep commitment to embodied wellness.
Based in western Massachusetts, Madison brings over a decade of experience in somatic movement and performance to her teaching. She holds an MFA in Dance and Choreography from the University of Colorado Boulder, with a focus in Somatics and Improvisation.
Madison’s teaching is informed by her extensive study of Body-Mind Centering, Alexander Technique, and Fascial Flossing, as well as her three years of training and instruction at Ape Co Movement School. Her Pilates journey began at The Pilates Space in Great Barrington, where she completed her Mat Certification and is currently pursuing her Comprehensive Pilates Certification.
At EmbodyMind Wellness, Madison merges her rich background in dance, somatics, and movement exploration with the structure and strength of Pilates, offering clients a mindful, intelligent approach to movement that is both grounding and transformative. genuinely wants all of her students to feel welcome and leave class feeling like they had a positive movement experience.
